Our Service allows you to post, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or videos, (“Content”). You are therefore responsible for the content that you post or share through our service. The type of content that is allowed or disallowed on our platform is available on our Community Guidelines.

5. Chat Moderation

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that reported and flagged messages may be reviewed by volunteer moderators. This process is essential for maintaining a safe and respectful community. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a positive user experience.

6. Other Linked Websites

Our service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit (eg: our Twitter or Instagram).

Chitchat.gg is provided “as is” with no warranty and/or liability for any outcomes of using our service. Revolt is not responsible for any content shared on self-hosted instances, as outlined in our Community Guidelines.

BeFriendsWithLTD owns and/or has the right to use all of the intellectual property rights in our Services. This includes the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained within them. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws worldwide. The content and trademarks provided in the Services are for personal, non-commercial use only and are provided “AS IS”.

9. Purchases and Payments

To make purchases through our Services, you need to provide accurate purchase and account information. You must update your information if it changes. We might add sales tax to your purchase prices, and we can change prices at any time.

By placing an order, you agree to pay for everything you buy at the current prices. We will charge the payment method you choose for all amounts due. If your order has recurring charges, we will keep charging your payment method until you cancel the order. If we make pricing mistakes, we may correct them even if you have already paid.

Finally, we have the right to deny or limit orders as we see fit. We may also limit or cancel the amount of items bought per person, household, or order. This includes orders under the same customer account or that use the same payment method.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
