You agree not to upload or share any Content that contravenes this Agreement or our Rules, violates the rights of other Users, or could be deemed inappropriate or offensive by others.

5. Chat and Video Moderation

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that reported and flagged messages may be reviewed by volunteer moderators. This process is essential for maintaining a safe and respectful community. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a positive user experience. we use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review reported messages and video feeds. refer to our Community Guidelines for more information.

6. Other Linked Websites

Our service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit (eg: our Twitter or Instagram).

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Warranty

Chitchat.gg is provided “as is” with no warranty and/or liability for any outcomes of using our service. Revolt is not responsible for any content shared on self-hosted instances, as outlined in our Community Guidelines.

By registering an account with us, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from us. You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by adjusting your account settings.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

BeFriendsWithLTD owns and/or has the right to use all of the intellectual property rights in our Services. This includes the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained within them. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws worldwide. The content and trademarks provided in the Services are for personal, non-commercial use only and are provided “AS IS”.

10. Purchases and Payments

To make purchases through our Services, you need to provide accurate purchase and account information. You must update your information if it changes. We might add sales tax to your purchase prices, and we can change prices at any time.

By placing an order, you agree to pay for everything you buy at the current prices. We will charge the payment method you choose for all amounts due. If your order has recurring charges, we will keep charging your payment method until you cancel the order. If we make pricing mistakes, we may correct them even if you have already paid.

Finally, we have the right to deny or limit orders as we see fit. We may also limit or cancel the amount of items bought per person, household, or order. This includes orders under the same customer account or that use the same payment method.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or cancel your registration as a user of our App at any time for any reason, to include breach of the Community Guidelines and if you are a minor.

Users who violate our Rules, fail to adhere to the terms of this Agreement, or distribute Content prohibited by the terms of this Agreement, may have their access to our Website restricted without prior notice or liability (financial or otherwise). We reserve the right to implement any necessary software, technical measures, legal actions, and other methods to ensure compliance with these terms, which may include blocking specific IP addresses.

Chitchat.gg maintains a strict policy regarding user disputes and misconduct. Any disputes between users or violations of our Community Guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or termination. This policy is enforced to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users. Accounts involved in disputes may be suspended pending investigation, and decisions regarding account suspension or termination are at the sole discretion of Chitchat.gg. Suspended accounts will not have access to our services during the suspension period.

You agree not to engage in activities such as testing the vulnerability of our systems, bypassing security measures, or circumventing technological protections put in place by us or our providers. You also agree not to use automated systems like spiders or data mining tools to access or download Content, forge headers in emails, manipulate source-identifying information, reverse-engineer any software related to the Website, or disrupt service for other Users by overloading, spamming, or sending viruses. Additionally, you agree not to encourage others to perform any of these actions.

13 Limitation of Liability

Chitchat.gg holds no responsibility for any actions taken by our Users while using our Website or for any content they provide.
